Ready for the Northern Virginia Senior Olympics (NVSO) for 2025?

NVSO for 2025 is our largest ever with over 1,200 senior adults (ages 50+) registered to enjoy 92 events over 17 days at 30 locations across Northern Virginia. More senior adults than ever before will be involved for days of Living Healthy Longer in opportunities for participation, competition, self-improvement and fellowship through various athletic and recreational events.

Wii Bowling session scheduled for Tuesday, September 16, at 1:00pm has been CANCELLED!

The other three wii bowling sessions are still a go.
