A treasured memento of NVSO for participants and volunteers is the official t-shirt! Each year, the designs on the front and back change. The back of the t-shirt lists the Gold Patrons current as of the date the designs go to the t-shirt printer as well as all of NVSO's sponsoring jurisdictions. The only difference in the participant and volunteer t-shirts is the color.

Distribution of NVSO t-shirts and caps and earned medals

NOTE: NVSO t-shirts, caps and earned medals will NOT be delivered or mailed. Earned medals not picked up at the event can be picked up after the NVSO as listed below.

    During the NVSO events (t-shirts and caps):

    Missed picking up your NVSO participant t-shirt and/or cap during your designated date/time during the NVSO (September 11 - 27?
    Your participant t-shirt and/or cap will be available for you to pick up after the NVSO on Saturday, October 17 at Audrey Moore Rec Center from 10:00 am to noon. No shipping or delivery is available.

    After the NVSO events (t-shirts, caps and earned medals):

    Missed picking up your NVSO participant t-shirt and/or cap during your designated date/time of August 28 or 29?
    Your participant t-shirt and/or cap will be available for you to pick up after the NVSO at the same location and times as that planned for your August 28 or August 29 pickup. See above for the "After the NVSO events" schedule specifics.

    Medals

    Medals will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners. In case of a tie, two medals will be given, except in some events where ties will be played off. Medals will be awarded on the day of the event.
