NOTE: "The construction at Bluemont Park will not be concluded this year. The workaround is to turn right to cross the small bridge north of the tennis courts, then left onto W&OD Trail under Wilson Blvd. and beyond. Small bonus -- runners get to see the Red Caboose. We have professionally measured the new course and moved the turnaround 118 feet closer to the start. Course measurer James Scarborough will be at the turnaround." ~ Jay Jacob Wind, Event Director
